Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. Our fulfillment centers are located in the US and Europe (Spain, Latvia and the UK). More info here.

How long will it take to get my order?
We use live shipping rates. Estimated delivery time will appear during checkout. Please, allow 2-7 business days for handling and fulfilment.

What shipping carriers do you use?
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

Can I change my address after placing the order?
Our fulfillment process is automated and we generally cannot change the address. If you make a mistake when typing the address, please contact us immediately and we will try to fix it, however we will most likely not be able to. Please double check your address and details before finalizing the order. Default Club is not responsible for any mistake made by the client during the checkout.

Do I have to pay customs?
We ship from the US and Europe. Depending on the product and its availability, we will select the closest logistics center to your location. Check the product page to see where the product ships from. International customers are responsible for all import/customs fees/local taxes that may be incurred upon receipt of your package. I'm not sure about what size to choose
On the product page, below the selector, click or tap "What's my size?" option to see the size chart.
It also includes a size recommendation tool for some products. There you can enter your height, weight, age and fit to get a recommendation. Make sure you have selected your preferred unit system (metric or imperial).

Are you eco-friendly?
By choosing made-to-order, we only produce clothing as the order is made, resulting in less fabric waste than conventional manufacturing.
When it comes to the packaging, we’ve started using packaging made of post-consumer recycled plastics for all apparel orders shipped from our in-house facilities.
The recycled content share in our packaging varies, but it’s at least 50% for outer packaging and at least 30% for inner bags (only used for multi-item shipments).

What about shipping?
Around 80% of Default Club orders are delivered in the same region they’re fulfilled. Having fulfillment centers close to our customers is good both for the business and the planet.
Strategically located fulfillment centers allow for faster shipping times and lower shipping costs, and it also helps with reducing the CO₂ emissions produced when transporting orders.

How do you ensure fair treatment to people who make your products within the supply chain?
All of our products are manufactured in the US, Europe and Mexico ensuring ethical and fair-labor practices. We also seek and expect our suppliers to do the same.
